Early on Dr. Tonia realized she loved to speak and her effectiveness as a communicator was a key to opening doors and achieving success. In 2005,  Dr. Phanor began offering communication training to help people become a better version of themselves. She is passionate about people realizing the power of their voice and enjoys seeing people go from timid communicators to confident speakers. Seeing a need for communication training, she formed Phanor Consulting to provide training. She has consistently grown since then, all thanks to the helping hands of this amazing community!
